SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Australia-wide shipping, New Zealand shipping, and local pick-up.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.
Orders under this amount are charged a flat rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your crystals arrive safely.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

We ship to New Zealand using standard international postage. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

0–2kg — $25 AUD
2–5kg — $45 AUD
5–10kg — $80 AUD
10–20kg — $130 AUD
20kg+ — Please contact us for a quote

Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or other unforeseen delays outside of our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick-up is available from Woongarrah, NSW (by appointment).
Details will be provided after purchase.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

DELAYS & PEAK PERIODS

Please note that during peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Any major delays will be communicated clearly on our website.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Arcana & Stone is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
